Orthotic AfterCare and Servicing
Orthotics, by their very nature, may need a slight adjustment to refine their effectiveness.
They may need modifying to fit certain shoe types or they may simply feel uncomfortable initially and the prescription may need altering whilst your body slowly adjusts to them. Therefore providing an aftercare service for our orthotics customers is extremely important.
Most adjustments are straight forward enough to deal with by talking through issues on the phone before sending the orthotics back via post.
On the rare occasions when we may need to see you again, you will usually be advised of the potential need for this when you have your assessment.
The events that we continuously attend all over the country means that seeing us again in the future is actually quite convenient for the majority of our customers.
Many customers pop by and see us for a review from time to time either at the same event the following year or another one nearby.
